The car is perfect and it looked like it just rolled off the manufacturing line. I've had the best car-buying experience ever in my 75 years. On a recent Monday, my two dogs and I were in the middle of a 600-mile roadtrip heading home when my 2013 CRV experienced a major issue. I actually rolled over 200,000 miles as I exited I-57 to head to the service center, so I figured it was a sign! Clare has been great to work with. She is kind and patient. If there are opportunities for improvement, from a customer’s perspective, the service writer can do a much better job communicating with customers regarding situations and be timely with communication. I am hopeful that it’s just a slight stumble being first time customer.

My local mechanic just couldn't seem to get the repair right. The emissions light would come back on after about three weeks. Fourth time was the charm because I took it to Ike's like I should have done the first time.
Ike Honda is a dealership I can trust and rely on every time. They have done service on all 3 Hondas we have owned over the years. Notice how I left out repairs? Because we have had to make zero repairs when faithfully following the recommended maintenance schedule. I drive a lot and worrying about if I’ll make it vs when I’ll make it is not something I want to hassle with. They will continue to have my business for the foreseeable future!

Spenser in the service department went out of his way to ensure all of my questions were answered and really took the time to make sure my car was well taken care of. I had my car towed to IKE HONDA to find out what was wrong with it. It wouldn’t start after my son and his friends tried installing and aftermarket radio. I was told the price for diagnostic however, after two hours, they could not locate the problem and ask for an additional hour to help diagnose the problem. Just bought a Honda CR-V, Hybrid, 2026. The salesman, Clay, was so kind and worked diligently to get me the best deal possible. The paperwork guy was extremely helpful and explained things so that we understood every step of the process. To top all that off, the dealership manager came to us and had a conversation with us. We felt so welcomed. I would definitely recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs……and there’s chicken eateries everywhere around them!!!!!

Jeff Martin was a super knowledgeable car lover and made buying a car from Ike Honda enjoyable.
They completed some routine maintenance in about an hour (less than the 90 mins they had quoted me, so that was nice.) Cody was also professional and concise, informing me of an oil leak which would need to be fixed soon, as well as a few other items to address (ugh haha). A pleasant experience!

I buy a new car once every 12 years or so, and so far, I haven't purchased from the same dealership twice. I buy the vehicle I want when the old one wears out. Every purchase I've ever made goes great until I get into the finance office, where they push products on you and bring in additional "support" to shame you into buying add-ons. But not at IKE. I needed to use the service department for something that was quick to do, they took me without an appointment, and I was in and out of there in an hour. Always very polite, and they take good care with my car.
Dan was very helpful and kept close communication with us through the purchase process.

The staff was friendly everytime I was there but it took 4 separate trips to get my DVD player fixed, which I felt like should have been caught in their original inspection. They did continue to work on my van until they had everything fixed, so I’m appreciative of that. Clare was respectful & didnt bug me a lot about buying a vehicle.
Nothing but the best, the guys bend over backwards to help any which way. They even provide a shuttle service which has no limits to drive you around while waiting on service.
They made the buying process very easy! 10/10 would recommend!
Service was great. My only complaint is with the driver side mirror in that I cannot get it to stay in the up position.
I had several things serviced on my car in late November. Every department— service, parts, billing, the receptionist and shuttle drivers—couldn't have been kinder, and all my needs were met.
I was concerned because brakes made a noise when backing out of my garage. The service department checked everything out and it was ok. Very nice.
Wonderful job getting us in for oil change and tire rotation. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the price.
