Great service!!
Start to finish great communication from sending a message on carguru to picking up my car. I communicated with several places about similar cars and I stopped communication with all but Ike just because of not adding fees and good communication. Really glad I stayed local.
The process of getting our Honda got off to a little bit of a rocky start but after speaking to the manager we had the pleasure to work with Brian. Brian was eager to help us and made the buying process easy. He treated us like family and never once pressured us. He explained things clearly to us. My husband and I walked out with huge smiles on our face..extremely pleased woth our purchase! Thank you Brian!!

My appointment for the first oil change and tire rotation on my Honda Pilot was professional, efficient, and friendly. I arrived about 15 minutes early and they took my car right away. I had a question about a feature and they answered it for me. I Have always experienced excellent service at Ike Honda!
Our sales rep Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone we met there was accommodating and there was no pressure to buy add ons or stuff we didn’t want. This was one of the better car buying experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’m even leaving their decal on and I never do that.
Brought my HR-V in without an appointment but Spencer made sure that the service team was able to provide all the services needed to ensure that my vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition. Can’t say enough about Spencer and his disposition and professionalism!

He was very professional, didn’t try to sell me on other things that I was interested in, he listened to what I was after and found it for me. I just bought a new 2026 Honda Accord EX Hybrid and my experiences from beginning to end were wonderful! Within a day of applying for pre-approval, I got confirmation, and then on the day I bought the car, I was treated quite professionally, especially by Clay Bell.

My wife and I were finishing up a 35 day road trip passing through Marion, Illinois. I needed an oil change after driving almost 9,000 miles on our road trip. We spent the night in Marion. I got up the next morning and was at IKE Honda just before their 7 am opening. Let me say that everything about this experience with IKE Honda was top notch! On a recent Monday, my two dogs and I were in the middle of a 600-mile roadtrip heading home when my 2013 CRV experienced a major issue. I actually rolled over 200,000 miles as I exited I-57 to head to the service center, so I figured it was a sign! This was my first time dealing with Ike Honda I will say that was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a new car it went so smooth and fast from test driving our new Honda CRV Sport to driving it home. Clare has been great to work with. She is kind and patient. If there are opportunities for improvement, from a customer’s perspective, the service writer can do a much better job communicating with customers regarding situations and be timely with communication. I am hopeful that it’s just a slight stumble being first time customer.

My local mechanic just couldn't seem to get the repair right. The emissions light would come back on after about three weeks. Fourth time was the charm because I took it to Ike's like I should have done the first time.
Ike Honda is a dealership I can trust and rely on every time. They have done service on all 3 Hondas we have owned over the years. Notice how I left out repairs? Because we have had to make zero repairs when faithfully following the recommended maintenance schedule. I drive a lot and worrying about if I’ll make it vs when I’ll make it is not something I want to hassle with. They will continue to have my business for the foreseeable future!

Spenser in the service department went out of his way to ensure all of my questions were answered and really took the time to make sure my car was well taken care of. Kenny, Cody and the service teams takes care of me without treating me like a “dumb female”. My husband does not have to go to make sure I am treated fairly. I had my car towed to IKE HONDA to find out what was wrong with it. It wouldn’t start after my son and his friends tried installing and aftermarket radio. I was told the price for diagnostic however, after two hours, they could not locate the problem and ask for an additional hour to help diagnose the problem.
