Breezy Hill Farm is a fantastic local agricultural business that opened in 2009. Before the farm opened, the owners sold pumpkins and straw to the neighbors out of their front yard. Over the years, Breezy Hill Farm has grown into a thriving local business that offers a range of seasonal produce and decorations during the months of September and October. The farm currently offers gourds, pumpkins, straw, turnips, Indian corn, broom corn and mums (chrysanthemums).

During the fall, the farm features a wide range of activities designed to provide fun for kids of all ages. One of the biggest attractions is the play barn. This rustic playground has a huge corn pit with a bridge and slides and a special designated area for toddlers three and under. This section has its own corn pit and short slide so that little ones can play safely. Another favorite is the petting zoo, featuring many critters, including goats, llamas, and ponies.

There’s nothing that makes us think of fall more than a corn maze, and the Breezy Hill Farm has a great one, designed to be fun and easy for kids of all ages. Hayrides are another classic fall attraction that you can enjoy at the farm. Aside from the activities mentioned above, Breezy Hill Farm also offers duck races, a fence maze, a tricycle track, gem stone mining, and scenes for photos. There’s so much for the kids to do at Breezy Hill that you might even have to go more than once this fall.

Breezy Hill Farm opened Sept. 17 and will keep its fall activities going until Oct. 30. It will be open seven days a week, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is $10 for kids and $2 for adults and kids over 13. If you’re looking for a great way to celebrate the coming of fall with your whole family, swing by the Breezy Hill Farm.
