I have 2019 Honda Civic. I have Bluetooth connection and was wondering if I can get the maps up on my screen. I do not have touch screen
The 2019 Civic has Apple Carplay on the Sport, EX, EX-L and Touring Trims. If you have Apple Carplay you can you use that to bring up Apple Maps, Waze and Google Maps. This has to be done by plugging in your phone and will not work over bluetooth.
I am trying to connect an put this app so I can find my Truck when I need too but it keeps saying wrong vin # but it’s on there in the truck so why does it say that ? The Vin # is 5FPYK3F72HBO22458
Josie, you will need to speak with Honda Link directly for troubleshooting the application.

I have a 2020 honda accord EX. How do I determine if I have the locate my car feature on the Honda link.
To determine if your 2020 Honda Accord EX has the “locate my car” feature on HondaLink, download the HondaLink app on your smartphone, sign in with your vehicle’s information, and check if the “Find My Car” option is available within the app; if it is, then your car is equipped with the locate my car feature and you can use it to track your vehicle’s location.
This summer we bought a 23 Ridgeline BE. We travel to the United States and use the maps for exits, distances, waypoints and etc. this uses a lot of our data from our phone plan. Would Honda Link allow us to use maps without using our data? Or other possible alternatives? Thanks
HondaLink is not its own internet; it’s a system that connects your smartphone to your Honda vehicle, allowing you to access features like remote controls, navigation, and other services through a dedicated app, but it utilizes your existing cellular data connection to function; essentially, it acts as a bridge between your phone and your car, not a separate internet network
Does the HondaLink app cost. I just bought a Honda Pilot Touring 2025. Do I need the App?
The HondaLink app has both free and paid subscription options. For a new 2025 Honda Pilot Touring, you’ll receive a complimentary three-month trial of the Remote package, which includes features like remote engine start, door lock/unlock, and stolen vehicle locator. After the trial, the Remote package costs $110 per year. The Basic plan, which includes features like roadside assistance, service reminders, and vehicle information, is complimentary and does not expire.
I bought a Honda passport trail sport about two months ago and made sure that I had remote start on it and now I am being told that after 90 days I don’t have a remote start no more because now it has to be paid for that is just unheard of why
Pamela, there is a built-in feature that works via the key fob and then there is a feature that is part of HondaLink. HondaLink does require subscription after the free trial ends. The built-in feature does not require a subscription, but the vehicle had to be built with that optional feature. Did you purchase your vehicle from our dealership?
In 2017 honda accord sport honda link app is working or not ? If it’s work then how ?
