2021 Honda Accord vs. 2021 Toyota Camry
Are you thinking about buying a mid-range sedan? If so, the Honda Accord and the Toyota Camry have probably made your list, as the Accord and the Camry are two of the best choices in this segment. These mid-size sedans have posh interiors, are well equipped, possibly safest in the segment, and give a good driving experience.
With its many positive reviews from automotive journalists, the Honda Accord has several family-friendly features like the outstanding combination of cargo and passenger space, high safety ratings, nice interior, an infotainment system, and a good driving experience, making it a front-running choice in this segment.
On the other hand, the Toyota Camry has also done a great balancing act in quality and its value. It impresses us with simple but important features like a high safety score, an above par infotainment system, and a performance heavy V6 engine option. The caveats are quite minimal.

Interior
Cargo SpaceÂ
The trunk of this Accord is one of the biggest in the class. It has a cargo capacity of 16.7 cubic feet, which is enough for around a dozen shopping bags.
The Camry’s 15.1-cubic-foot trunk is on the smaller side for the class. While the split-folding rear seats provide more room for longer products, loading them can be difficult due to the trunk floor being lower than the folded setbacks.
Seating
The Accord has seating for five people in both rows, and both rows are comfortable. There’s still plenty of space for passengers in the front and back. Most other midsize sedans lack the same amount of space. Higher trims have leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front seat, along with heated rear seats also. Front seats are power-adjusted.
This Toyota can also seat five people, and both rows offer plenty of head- and legroom for most passengers. Standard features include cloth upholstery. Higher versions have synthetic and genuine leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats, and an eight-way power-adjustable front passenger seat.
InteriorsÂ
The interior of the Accord is one of the best in the class. It’s stylish and roomy, and the materials are of excellent quality for the price. In reality, the Accord feels almost like a luxury car in higher trims. Other features include a moon-roof.
The Camry’s materials are usually high-quality, though the lower trims tend to use more basic material. Premium touches, such as wood inlays or patterned metals, are applied to higher trims.
Infotainment
Accord comes with an 8-inch touch screen, four speakers, two USB ports, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto as standard features in the infotainment system.
Additionally, the navigation features include two additional USB ports, an eight or 10-speaker audio system, HD Radio, satellite radio, wireless smartphone charging, a Wi-Fi hot spot, wireless Android Auto, and wireless Apple CarPlay. Dual-zone automatic climate control and push-button start are included as standard features.
On the other hand, Camry has a basic Entune 3.0 infotainment system and climate controls that are very user-friendly. A 7-inch touch screen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Amazon Alexa, Bluetooth, a Wi-Fi hotspot, satellite radio, a six-speaker stereo, and two USB ports are among the standard infotainment features.
Other available features when you upgrade include a 9-inch touch screen, navigation, qi-compatible wireless smartphone charging, and a nine-speaker JBL sound system. A Â panoramic moon-roof, dual-zone automatic climate control, and proximity keyless entry are also available.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the 2021 Camry and Honda an overall safety rating of five out of five stars, five stars in the frontal crash, side crash, and rollover tests.
DimensionsÂ
In terms of dimensions, both the sedans are neck-and-neck. The Accord being approximately 16 feet in length, it weighs between 3,131 and 3,428 pounds at the curb, whereas the Camry is 16.1 feet in length and weighs between 3,310 and 3,595 pounds.
